Over the last few years after graduating from university, I’ve been the happiest I’ve ever been in my life… and the heaviest 🤪 Previously I was hovering around 50 kg and now I am 66 kg 💩 肥是福 fat is fortune – this phrase has never been truer and I am so thankful all the blessings in my life 💕
However, the danger in me gaining weight is that my body doesn’t really show my weight gain immediately. Most of my fats are distributed (thankfully) to my boobs first, before it hits my tummy or legs. So this year, my doctor warned me that my BMI is now officially in the unhealthy range & apart from the consequences of obesity on my health, my weight might also negatively impact the effects of a few medications I am on 😭
Additionally I have jumped 2 cup sizes and apart from nothing in my wardrobe fitting me anymore, I am also starting to suffer from backaches when I exercise 🏃♂️which I hate cos’ I love playing sports! As I age, my metabolism is also gradually but surely slowing down & none of my previous quick weight-loss tactics (intermittent fasting, clean eating, exercising daily) are working anymore!!! 😫
So at the start of 2020, I decided to embark on my weight loss journey with @pisceswellness, alongside a sustainable diet plan (generally a mix of intermittent fasting, keto and caloric deficit), by incorporating Pisces Wellness’s slimming solutions to my usual workout routine!
It’s been just 2.5 months with Pisces Wellness but I’ve already lost 5 kg AND more importantly, 3-4 inches around my target tummy area for that #snatched waist!
