SO satisfied after stuffing myself with dim sum!! π Thank you @sosofitelsingapore for having my mummy & I for your Lunar New Year Dim Sum Brunch π₯π€π₯ I loved their double-boiled pork ribs & lotus roots soup with dried oysters & fat choy π₯¬ & their juicy har gows.
We went on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was nice and quiet, so we had a lot of privacy to gossip over our steaming dim sum. The buffet is ala carte style so you don’t need to get up from your seat! They served up the lotus root soup and fried rice first, but there was quite a delay before the dim sum came. I am not such a fan of the vegetarian options, but dug happily into my fave har gows and custard buns. π€
For some reason the xiao long baos took even longer to arrive and when they did, the insides were still frozen D: I was quite shocked and spat it out but the staff and chef were super apologetic and served us another piping hot portion. The wait staff also forgot to serve us our Yusheng so I didn’t manage to snap a photo of it π Service-wise for a 5 star hotel I was quite disappointed but overall for the price, the dim sum buffet is quite a good deal and the food is sufficiently yummy!
